Our first introduction is Board & Bar Charcuterie located at 208 West Water Street in the heart of Downtown Syracuse. I chose to start off our Restaurant Showcase with Board & Bar Charcuterie based on mt recent experience there as a guest to celebrate my birthday, along with my wife, mother-in-law, son-in-law, and his girlfriend. We were looking for something different unexpectedly we were not disappointed! For starters, we approved in separate vehicles, their location was extremely easy to find As well as ample parking. Inside was not your typical restaurant, but lounge like with natural tones in contract with black and the lighting was perfect. They can comfortably seat 60 people inside and around 30 people outside. We were attended to like VIPs by our server who was attentive to all of our individual needs. What we got was much more than dinner, it was a true Dining Experience! Each specialty board on the menu looked fantastic and we simply could not decide so we ordered the Mediterranean Board, the Italian Board and the Seafood Board, not realizing just how much food is presented, but we enjoyed every single bite! The food was presented quite elegantly on beautiful wooden boards (thus “Charcuterie”). Each board presented contained tasty ample portions of different bites, according to the theme of the board as well as cheeses and accommodating sauces. It was exquisitely prepared and delivered a truly unique dining experience.
